We had visitors the second weekend in June. Ben's family came up to celebrate Ben's graduation from the University of Washington! They were here for a few days before the big graduation so we had time to do some sight seeing. This was Ben's grandma's first visit to Seattle in many, many years. So we made a Pikes Place visit, got hot chocolates and mochas at the first Starbucks, ate Thai food, had some Molly Moon's ice cream, toured the University of Washington's campus, and visited Volunteer Park's water tower and conservatory.
The conservatory at Volunteer Park was a highlight for Ben's mom and grandma. We spent a long time looking at the different variations of flowers and we probably could have spent much longer but the boys were getting restless.
Jules and Grandma the following photos are dedicated to you! Enjoy! Let's go back some day!
