Ben & Mandy: What a day!

When Ben and I visit Salt Lake we generally have a list of places we want to eat. None of them are particularly fancy places, in fact all of them are kind of ridiculous! But none the less we try to make it to a few of the spots each time we visit. Cafe Rio, Crown Burger, and Sonic Drive-In (for their fountain soda) are at the top of the list.

Check out my Route 44, yep that's 44 ounces of goodness. Kinda sick that they even offer that size huh?

After lunch we went up north to Ben's sister Emily's house in Roy. There was an air show going on when we arrived. Emily and Kerry had a perfect view of the planes right from their back yard!

The weather couldn't have been better for the air show, blue blue skies and a pleasant 75 degrees!Mikey got a chance to check out Uncle Kerry's cool bike! He even revved the engine all by himself!Ben and I looked really cool when we decided to take the little scooter for a jaunt around the neighborhood! :) Then Mikey went for a ride with Grandpa!

We also got a chance to meet Emily and Kerry's horses, Hailey, Boogers, and Rusty. They were beautiful, and so sweet with the little kids.

The best part of this trip has been the amount of time we've spent with our nieces and nephews. Our time with them has been so wonderful! Each of them has their own cute personalities;

Cristina is so observant and studies your face intently when you speak to her. She also seems to have a quick wit and knows how to make anyone laugh.

Mikey is a fearless boy with endless energy. Even though he has a rough side he is also very sweet and loves to give hugs and kisses.

Claire is a sweet little baby who loves to "sing." If you spend a minute cooing at her she'll eventually chime in!

Christopher is so even tempered. I don't think Ben or I heard him fuss once during this trip. He's a great lap baby and loves to see what's going on around him.
