Family Christmas

I think everyone in my family had several "Christmas mornings" this year. On the actual Christmas morning we all celebrated at our own houses with our own little families and later got together for a big family Christmas day! Lydia and Micah did this again with their other set of aunts and uncles, totaling their "Christmas mornings" to 3! How exciting! Lydia was our "gift giver" this year, she made sure we all had a gift to open and that we opened in the order she selected.
We had to get to Nona and Opa's house early because kids don't sleep in on Christmas! Mae-mae-Demmy were a little tired! At one point I looked at the clock and it was only 9:00 AM, who knew you could get so much done in a day when you get up early! HA!
Later that evening Opa and Uncle Colin (Coco or Cokes) prepared a fabulous feast! Filet Mignon, Tri-Colored Roasted Potatoes, and Asparagus were some of the highlights on their menu. Yes, that's correct our meal came with a fancy menu... it was quite the "to-do."

We ended the evening with a viewing of "Christmas Vacation" and some key lime and pumpkin pies. A perfect end to a perfect day!

I love that Micah is playing with the princess purse in the first picture. :) Great recap MaeMae-Dem!
