Christmas Sweet Rolls

I offered to make cinnamon rolls for everyone on our family Christmas morning. I found a magazine with many cinnamon roll fillings:

Macadamia Nuts with White Chocolate
Brown Sugar with Orange Zest
Brown Sugar with Cinnamon and Pecans
Banana with Maple and Walnuts
Mexican Chocolate with Cinnamon
Raspberries with Cream

We decided on the traditional Christmasy flavors, (as Ben put it) brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans, and then tried out the brown sugar with orange zest. Both topped with cream cheese frosting!

Ben and Carrie offered to help roll out the dough and assemble the rolls.
Didn't they do a beautiful job? :)
The rolls were delicious and we're waiting for another opportunity to try out some new flavors! Anyone want to experiment with us?

Kathleen's family (and I) are big fans of the "orange" rolls -- always a treat. But I admit to being a bit of a traditionalist and loving the classic cinnamon/pecan flavors as well. They look good!
