Playing Catch Up

We had quite the week of Christmas celebrations last week. It started on the morning of the 23rd at the house where I nanny, we all exchanged gifts and the kids excitement went through the roof Christmas had finally started!
Looking at the Macy's train window display.

Later that morning Ben decided to go downtown with me and the kids. We rode the bus down to Natalie and William's mom, Jamie's, office and she joined us for a trip to the Teddy Bear Suite. The Teddy Bear Suite is located in one of Seattle's finest hotels, The Fairmont Olympic. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated, the kids especially enjoyed the giant Christmas tree and the life size Santa statue. The Teddy Bear Suite was very fancy, the kids probably over stayed their welcome as they tore apart the hundreds of teddy bear displays around the room. They had fun!

Our next stop was a great pizza place for lunch with Jamie. The kids were excited because they were allowed to have Orange Soda!

Next we rode the carousel.

Then for a ride on the monorail to Seattle's Center House where they have a large Winter Train and Village display.

Our last stop was the International Fountain then back on the bus home. We had a great time downtown with the kids and it was fun that Jamie was able to join us for half the day!

Thanks for the cute picture Natalie!
